Tendo como ponto de partida o estudo realizado por Albergaria e Granato (2006), a respeito da relação existente entre as imagens literárias de Mia Couto e a estética da pintura expressionista alemã, este trabalho busca aferir como essas mesmas imagens foram vertidas para a língua francesa, recorrendo à analítica proposta por Antoine Berman (2007) em A tradução e a Letra ou o Albergue do Longínquo. Com isso, pudemos destacar a presença de algumas das deformações da letra por ele elencadas, representativas da normalização do diverso operada pela tradutora.
Résumé
En nous basant sur l’étude réalisé par Albergaria e Granato (2006), sur le rapport qui existe entre les images littéraires de Mia Couto et l’esthétique de la peinture expressionniste allemande, ce travail a l’objectif d’étudier comment ces mêmes images ont été traduites vers la langue française. Notre référentiel théorique c'est l’analytique proposé par Antoine Berman dans La traduction et la lettre ou l'auberge du lointain. Ainsi, nous soulignons la présence de quelques déformations de la lettre dans le texte traduit, pour nous considérée comme la normalisation du divers.
